Frankfurt City

The Phorms School Frankfurt consists of two campuses: Frankfurt City and Taunus (Steinbach).

The Phorms campus Frankfurt City consists of a primary school with reception in which roughly 260 children (between five and 10 years old) are part of a bilingual German-English community. The bilingual private school is located in one of the most international and culturally interesting metropolises in Germany – a privilege which the school regularly capitalises upon. With numerous local museums, St. Paul’s Church, Frankfurt Zoological Garden and the Palm Garden, Frankfurt has a wealth of options for teachers to choose from, enabling them to bolster their project-based lessons in art, architecture, history, technology and the natural sciences.

The peaceful, verdant Holzhausenviertel is the perfect place for in-depth, concentrated study. Multifaceted instruction, which promotes students’ individual gifts and talents, is one of the school's top priorities. This is one reason why the Hessian Ministry for the Arts distinguished the school with the ‘Award for the Support of Highly-Gifted Students’.

The Phorms school bus takes the students from the City campus to the Taunus campus once a week in order to experience the natural environment during lunchtime in the cafeteria and during sports lessons.  As of the school year 2016/2017, the Holzhausenviertel location will be expanded to provide more children with access to bilingual education. Two further classrooms, a new playroom and an assembly hall are proposed additions to the school's existing facilities.
